Landlords Newsletter
Cardiff Council has been publishing a newsletter for landlords since January 2005.
The newsletter is produced by Private Sector Housing but carries articles for the whole of the Housing and Neighbourhood Renewal Service. We hope to keep you up to date on issues that affect the private landlord, such as:
- Licensing
- Housing Health & Safety Management Standards
- Landlord Accreditation
- Local Housing Allowance
- Student Housing
