Landlords

Landlords are a very important stakeholder group for students; providing accommodation in the private rented sector. As students we want good quality accommodation and a good standard of living, in Cardiff there are good landlords and unfortunately not so good landlords. This section is addressed to the landlords here in Cardiff as a way to educate them and can be used as resource for their own information. It includes the Landlords’ newsletter, information regarding The Cardiff Landlord Forum and associations plus advice.

We want to encourage landlords to provide affordable accommodation that goes beyond the basic legal standards, providing the students of Cardiff with quality accommodation.
